Lion Camp Experiences
Authenticity defines the Lion Camp cuisine. We believe our African-fusion themes, inspired by African and local ingredients are the base of our lovingly prepared meals. Creative but simple meals prepared by our local Zambian chefs are delicious. Our menus are varied and healthy and very dependent on the availability of ingredients. Menus are therefore changed daily.
We work closely with Thomson Zulu and his family in Mfuwe, who we provide seed and other requirements to grow our vegetables, salads and herbs. This relationship benefits the Zulu family financially and also ensures that we always have beautifully fresh items for our menus.
Paired daily with great South African Estate wines, fully inclusive in your rates.
We offer early morning “snacks” and porridge, breakfast after the morning drive, lunch before the afternoon drive and a set menu dinner in the evening.
Dining arrangements are your choice – join a table with other guests or be private and romantic, the choice is yours!
