LION CAMP AUTHOR

We’re proud to share the 2024 Annual Report from Conservation South Luangwa (CSL), documenting a year of remarkable progress in wildlife protection, anti-poaching operations, community collaboration, and human-wildlife coexistence.

Thanks to record-breaking contributions from LCCF members, 2024 marked CSL’s largest-ever investment in conservation efforts across South Luangwa. From expanding foot patrols and aerial surveillance to receiving international recognition for the K9 Unit and HWC Rapid Response Team, the report highlights the impactful, often life-saving work made possible through collective support.

This year also saw deeper community engagement, innovative conflict mitigation strategies, and the continued success of programmes like Community Clean Sweeps and veterinary outreach.

Download the full report below to explore the data, stories, and milestones that made 2024 a defining year for conservation in South Luangwa.
