Your votes helped us win in 2024 — now we need you again!
We’re proud to share that Lion Camp has once again been nominated for the 2025 World Luxury Hotel Awards: Luxury Safari Lodge.
This recognition means a great deal to our team — not only because it celebrates excellence in remote, sustainable safari experiences, but because it’s voted for by you — our guests, our community, and the many wild-hearted travellers who’ve shared this special corner of South Luangwa with us.
Last year, thanks to your incredible support, Lion Camp took home the award — a milestone that reflected not just our work here in the bush, but the deep connection so many of you hold with this place.
We’d love to invite you to be part of it again!

WHY IT MATTERS
For a remote camp like ours — far from cities, immersed in nature — awards like these help amplify the value of sustainable travel, wildlife conservation, and guest experiences rooted in meaning. It’s not about being the biggest or the flashiest. It’s about energy, integrity, atmosphere, and connection to place.
Whether you joined us for an unforgettable safari, have been following our journey from afar, or plan to visit one day — your support matters!
From all of us at Lion Camp — thank you for being part of our story.
We hope you’ll cast a vote and help us bring it home again.
